we urged him to give old age pensioners living pension,give themfree temporary id to continue with their transactions while waiting for their issuing of id`s etc he cried foulf of not having the money but he had the billions to give to alleged mastermind of transnational crimes pertaining to blackmail,extortion,human smuggling etc we want that money back in our coffers!
