Vogliamo un Menù 100% vegetale in ogni mensa e ristorante

In Italia sta rapidamente aumentando il numero dei vegetariani e dei vegani: negli ultimi anni, a partire dal 2002, le stime parlano di un raddoppio, da 3 a 6 milioni.
Vogliamo che ogni persona abbia la possibilità di poter mangiare rispettando i propri principi, l'ambiente e gli animali.
