It is 2015 and totally unacceptable that a country be allowed to daily torture and cook..alive innocent dogs and cats on a massive scale with no consequences

dear sir please take note of all those who signed this petition on behalf of the voiceless innocent dogs whom are living in a daily hell..captured transported held tortured and killed in ways unimaginable to any compassionate human beings
