JUSTICE for James E. Morris Jr. & D'Angelo Maxwell

We need justice for James Morris & D'Angelo Maxwell they where riding their motorcycles on Aug. 6, 2017 when an intoxicated driver caused their deaths. The D.A. does not want to charge the intoxicated driver! We are seeking help for JUSTICE for these two men who had there whole life ahead of them. Motorcyclist have rights too!!
