Demand an increase in penalties for dog fighting in the UK.

Organised dog fighting in England is on the increase. It has been illegal for 180 years. The maximum penalty for this cruel and barbaric behaviour is only 6 months imprisonment in England, but it is 6 years in Northern Ireland.
Parliament should debate this issue and increase penalties in England, Wales and Scotland in line with those in Northern Ireland
