Chauffeurs & Rodent problems

In our community, most of us care about the surroundings we live in, clean and safe streets, being able to park outside our properties and not have to come out to rubbish dropped and dumped in our, and surrounding roads. Being able to drive in and out of our roads without it taking us longer than it should, due to illegally parked taxi's and Chauffeurs. On a daily basis, our street bins are full and when they are, they dump it on the streets. Educate some of the residents that are maybe not aware of how to dispose of their old furniture etc and encourage them to use bins properly and when to put out their rubbish. Inform them of waste disposal site and make this a monthly news letter, reminding people of fines etc.
