request that my NC barbers licsence be restored

Over the last five years I Chuck Speas have been denied the privilege to cut hair and register in NC as a registered barber. Due to my past criminal activity and failing to adheard to Barber board rules and regulations my license were revoked for a period of ten years. This disciplinary action took place October 2010 .
In September 11 2014 voc rehab n myself wrote a letter to the Barber board of NC to respectfully request my license be reinstated and once again it was denied. Since loosing my license I have lost my family, my home and business and one of the only ways to earn a living to and be self sustaining at this point I am petitioning the Barber Board of NC.as a result of the consistant denials .
