I would like to petition against the impending North Carolina Zoo ticket price hike. I feel the price hike is unjust and does not benefit consumers, and will limit visitors from the low-to-medium income group.
I, the undersigned, would like to petition against the impending North Carolina Zoo ticket price hike. I feel the price hike is unjust and does not benefit consumers, and will limit visitors from the low-to-medium income group.
Although the N.C. Zoo promises new improvements including a new polar bear exhibit and the re-opening of the KidZone area, the people in charge have not addressed other concerns directly affecting visitors. This includes lack of variety in terms of affordable food offerings, less than satisfactory animal exhibits and slow tram service. Visitors also find it difficult to access the zoo exhibits as they are far in between from each other, not to mention viewing the actual animals in their habitats.
I urge the zoo director and his team to review the price hike and to have more improvements on their agenda before proposing a $3 increase on the ticket price.
