Riverwood Athletic Club needs Bus Service!

Our community has grown by leaps and bounds over the last 6 years I have been a homeowner here. Our streets and single functioning entrance simply cannot handle the flow of carpool traffic and walkers they see on a daily basis. Every single day, there are near misses. Mostly because with a line of cars from the school to the fountain, there is no good line of sight for cars to turn onto Athletic Club Boulevard. I fear for the safety of kids walking in such a dangerous situation. Recently a child was struck by a car while crossing in the crosswalk to school. It's only a matter of time before there is a fatality in our community.
We have rallied together to have Clayton Police officers here at school dismissal times, and we have community volunteers in the crosswalk, orange traffic cones, signs, and a carpool roundabout with a fountain view...but it's all not enough.
Our children would be safest on a Bus! Many carpool riders would become bus riders, alleviating the congestion at our entrance, students not walking through crosswalks a few at a time or alone (in the morning) would not impede traffic flow, and most importantly, our children would be safer from danger.
This community is simply too large and too congested to not have bus service. And I don't mean a central bus stop, I mean the bus(es) goes throughout the community, and pick up at a minimum of at each street.
