Please help me fight to combat social bullying within the swing dancing community in Falmouth and to stand up for a fairer community in my town.

Dear fellow swing dancing friends and infusiasts Please help me fight to combat social bullying within the swing dancing community in Falmouth and to stand up for a fairer community in my town.

A few years ago I fell victim to false allegations. There is a small group of people in the Falmouth swing dancing community who slander my name and wrongly stop me from protecting my reputation by making out I have a bad character. This has caused me a great deal of stress in fighting to stand up for my human rights.

I need the support from friends and swing dancing associates to help me combat this kind of anti social behaviour.

I was accused of not being welcome within the swing dancing community in Falmouth. By a single person in Falmouth.

I was arrested because I wanted to see my friends and go dancing. I have a right to protect my reputation and this is what I have always intended to do.

I was convicted for squeezing my self past someone to avoid confrontation and for having a conversation via email with a dance organisation.

I am now a convicted criminal for battery and harassment.

I need my friends from the swing dance community to come together and help me fight to protect my innocence which I have always maintained. And put a stop to this bullying within the swing dancing community.

All I need is people from the swing dance community to say that they welcome me at dance events with the swing dancing community in Falmouth.

Please sign my partition against this terrible form of social bullying.

Also help support my appeal against conviction.

Please leave your name and contact details and my solicitor will contact you with the court date. Thank you so much to everyone who believes in me and supports me through this tough time.

It's time to stand up!

Very Best Wishes, Paul.

I was unlawfully arrested on the 15 June 2017 for trying to see my friends within the swing dancing community and attend public places and of cause go dancing. I have had my private life invaded following false allegations from a previous partner which has effected my right to a private life. These false allegations have perverted the cause of justice. However they are currently being investigated amongst other crimes comited against me and of cause the ignerence and misconduct of the police in my local area.

The concerns I have is that due to these false allegations from an ex partner and the inconsiderate, mis handling from the police my reputation of good character has been severely damaged. The people who really know me say I am a kind hearted and caring gentleman who always has a positive outlook on life 😊 it's THESE PEOPLE who would welcome my presence, especially to swing dance in my local area.

A few people have taken a dis liking to me and have decided to try and frame/construct some sort of bad character of me. It has been hard to get over the anxiety from all this however having the courage to stand up for my rights I feel will help me and others now and in the future greatly. I have had my private information spread around to other dance groups and organisations preventing me from perusing my passion for swing dancing in Falmouth. I have been bullied, harassed, threatened, and even assaulted by certain people I once trusted within the swing dancing community in Falmouth and this is all on top of a broken heart. Disappointingly they have even persuaded the police to get involved in a civil issue by making up that I had assaulted a teacher. Which is complete rubbish.

There has been a very small minority of people who say I am not welcome to swing dance in the Falmouth area and suggest I should change my social life because of the way they feel about me.

I say that this is obviously in breach of the Human Rights act under article 8 of the European convention on human rights act.

I say it is one of my human rights to attend any public place which have events on and are open to anyone from the public.

I say I have only ever exercised my Human rights in a lawful and civil way.

I say I am welcome by the majority of people within the swing dancing community and those people are YOU!!! SO PLEASE SAVE MY LAST DANCE!!!

PLEASE PRINT NAME, SIGN AND DATE IF YOU WOULD WELCOME ME TO SWING DANCE AND SOCIALISE WITH YOU IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE AND EVENTS HELD BY ANY SWING DANCING ORGANISATION IN CORNWALL... INCLUDING FALMOUTH.

THANK YOU FOR THE SUPPORT!!!
