Hire More African American Faculty

I am a freshmen at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and during my short time here I have quickly noticed how little diversity there is among faculty members here. Currently there are less then 10 employees that are african american, while there is over 1,500 employees total. My goal by creating this petition is that the university will see how important this issue is to us as students and to try to act upon it and fix it.
