The Bulls keep saying they are a "no excuse" team, even though the list of available alibis is growing longer by the day. If this keeps up, though, the Bulls are going to be a "no second round" team. I have a smart phone but I don use it when I drive, I pull over if I think I REALLY need to see the message.( 10 times out of 10 I don need to see it)..

Police are generally legally empowered to go anywhere in order to "make inquiries" either into a past crime or to prevent an envisaged future crime being committed, but policemen do also sometimes bend the rules. That could involve peeping through windows particularly if they knock on the front door and nobody answers, but whether they could gain entry to the premises may depend on whether the present occupier allows them to go inside. But generally they may need a warrant to go in legally if refused..
