Allow Unmanned Aircraft in Texas State Parks

I'd like to start a petition to allow the use of Unmanned aircraft (drones) for the use of aerial photography within the State Parks of Texas. I'm seeking a compromise to NO use to Use with Restrictions like minimum altitude to allow for privacy and minimum noise impact and no wildlife harassment or disturbance. If you support an amendment to the current rules that would allow the use of aerial photography unmanned aircraft in our State Parks please support. Another option might to provide a license to use your aircraft within the State Parks. This license would mean that you have gone through training, taken a test of some other means to identify that you know how to properly fly your aircraft in a safe manner.
