my choice, seat belt law unconstitutional

We are losing more and more of our freedoms everyday. The government has no right to say what you can and can not do to protect your body. If you have an accident with another vehicle, it will not affect the outcome of the passengers in that vehicle if you are or are not wearing a safety belt. You are not in any way endangering anyone but possibly yourself by not wearing your safety belt. a safety belt can be a benefit, but can also have negative effects on the out come of things. There was recently a young couple who ended up trapped in the car when they went off the road into lake Issebel near east fultinham on state rout 22. the couple drown in their car wearing their "safety belts". I have personally had a car catch fire with me driving it and was able to get out because i had nothing holding me in. A safety belt can be beneficial, but that should be your decision on what you want to do, i have hit a tree around 55 when i hit a very large hole on an icy road, i was not wearing a safety belt, but got out of my vehicle and walked about 20 min up the road to find service on my cell phone. the ambulance arrived and practically forced me to get in to go to the hospital where they stated i had no injuries other than a cut on my face. after being there for about 30 min, an officer came to issue me a citation for not wearing my seat belt. that was all he cared about was to be shore i got my ticket and left, didn't say anything else, didn't ask what happened, just gave me my ticket and left.
I strongly believe the real reason for the laws on safety belts if more for a way to pay their wadges than for public safety. Tickets for safety belts are just a way they can stop an innocent individual who is not doing anything wrong, but they just feel that its OK to get every dime from the average person that they can. I'm not blaming or complaining about the individual officers who write the citations, they are only doing what they are instructed to do, its the government who makes the laws that is the problem. The more we let them take away our freedoms, the more they will continue to do so. there are still states who have a little respect for the freedom of their citizens, South Dakota,New Hampshire,Massachusetts, Main, and Kentucky all still give their citizens the right to choose, why cant we?
