The Call To Make Accounts on Twitter as private as the ones on Facebook and Instagram

I found out that there's been a lot of inappropriate incidents happening on Twitter, especially with accounts on Twitter being put at risk for prostitution all because the accounts on Twitter were made too public without order. The reason this concerns me is because if these kind of inappropriate incidents and everything similar to those incidents continue, there could be a lot of chaos way beyond what anybody can handle to the point where many will not want to use Twitter at all. And if word of the chaos reaches The Federal Communications Commission (FCC), it could get the heads of The Twitter Company in trouble with The Federal Communications Commission where they may not be able to give any reason to justify the commotion. What I want to happen is that the accounts on Twitter be made private enough to where everyone can choose for themselves who they want to be their followers without any further risks of becoming victims of prostitution and similar and relatable incidents. I don't mind the real Celebrities who have Twitter accounts remaining where they are concerning where they can reply to comments and questions made by their fans, just as long as every single one of our Twitter accounts and theirs remain as private as needed to be. And so that way, we can be free to have Twitter accounts without any further trouble, and there can be order and peace whenever we use our Twitter accounts.
