Clean up and Maintenance of Pond on Settlers Court

    Pond is overgrown and needs maintenance to preserve the original beauty. Adjoining residents paid premium to live at the end of the court because of the beauty and seclusion. Dues are paid to the Master HOA and the dollars need to be used to maintain the pond since the Master Association owns the wetlands. We are demanding a resolution.
