PLEASE HELP SAVE PEDALS THE INJURED BIPEDAL BEAR.

He desperately needs help. He is missing a paw and the other is injured. He is severely underweight and needs to be trapped and relocated to a sanctuary. He is being chased around Oak Ridge NJ by people wanting to get a glimpse of him. He is extremely stressed and does not have much time. He needs to be saved not euthanized by the state of NJ.

Dear Governor, I am drawing your attention to the wild bipedal black bear that is roaming NJ in search of food. I am receiving numerous complaints that the Division of F&W have dropped the ball on the welfare of this animal. From photos I have been sent he is losing weight and in desperate need of veterinary care and then rehoming in a sanctuary. There are plenty of organizations that help the state with this. You should know that immediate public actions are being taken to draw to your attention to this. The state's position is that it does not interfere with wildlife in need and will let 'nature take its course' Nature didn't cut off this bears paw and render the other lame. Some intersection with human habitation dis this whether it be train, truck, or traps. Please take immediate action to catch the bear, give it immediate medical attention and then search to rehome him/her.

The bear will enter into hyperphagia in the next 3-4 weeks in order to gain weight for the coming winter. This bear is losing weight over the summer and is not going to be able to gain enough weight this fall to survive this winter. Please take responsible action now.  This bear deserves New Jersey's help!
