Free Jeremy Ruiz

To bring awareness of the harsh and extreme Marijuana Laws on the Island of Puerto Rico, in particular the case of Jeremy Ruiz. This young man was recently sentenced to four years in prison for smoking a marijuana cigarette. With the current change across the US on its Marijuana laws, we have to agree for a first time offense this young man should not have been handed down such a harsh penalty.

I would like to Petition the US Federal Government along with the Governer of Puerto Rico to intervene on behalf Jeremy Ruiz. This young man was sentenced to four years in prison for the possesion and smoking a single marijuana cigarette. The penalty for this young man's offense is very extreme and harsh. This young should be set free!
