Demand That Cat Killer Kristen Lindsey Be Prosecuted To Fullest Extent Of The Law
We demand justice for Tiger. We are tired of excuses, dead ends and no updates. Kristen Lindsey you will be prosecuted if we have to take this case to the United States Department of Justice.
Local District Attorney Travis Koehn, is in charge of the case & has a horrible record of prosecuting animal abusers, and in fact has never prosecuted any of the cases presented to him that were related to animal cruelty. The abusers all walked free.

He also refuses to grant updates on this case, disallowed a Grand Jury hearing, even refused protesters requests to ask questions and is stalling so that Kristen Lindsey the cat killer who is in hiding, will avoid any charges of animal cruelty.
Our current option now is to urge the Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton to get involved and demand that Travis Koehn prosecute Kristen Lindsey to the fullest extent of the law.

Please be advised that I am forwarding the names of over 5000 people that signed a petition and are highly disturbed and outraged by the calculated, horrific killing of a companion pet by Austin County Veterinarian Kristen Lindsey and the refusal of presiding District Attorney Travis Koehn to bring forth any charges against Mrs. Lindsey.
There are several other petitions circulating demanding she have her license suspended and that she be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law since her crime falls into the category of a felony and is punishable by law.
Please read some of the comments in this petition because they are inflammatory and serious and reflect the vile hatred people have for this person that bragged about her horrific killing by posting a photo of herself on Facebook with the cat, still alive at the end of an arrow. Her mother was also complicit by actually filming the entire incident.
Please be fair and bring forth charges against this person because many of us know that if she was black or Mexican, in Texas, she would already been jailed no questions asked.

We now have 5247 signatures and growing and I will be sending it to the responsible parties by June 15.
Please keep the pressure on, we want DA Travis Koehn to send the Lindsey case to the grand jury hearing on 6/24.

Hello everyone and again thanks for your outstanding support to this important cause. I just contacted Inside Edition with the Kristen Lindsey story and am waiting for a response. This should bring nationwide exposure, help our cause and demand DA act to prosecute.

Hello everyone and thanks so much for signing my petition. You have done an enormous job and we have garnered half of the 5000 signatures in just over a day. Due to this incredible response I am going to increase the amount of signatures to create a more forceful impact on the Attorney General.
