Ensure Safe Products/Compensate for Dangerous Products

I believe, as a customer, that the products that are available to be purchased should be ensured safe, reliable, and functional to their purposes. Leon's corporation had abused their trust and reliability in a previous incident with a product that I purchased from them. 
 I purchased a bed frame from Leon's in Woodstock Ontario in January of this year. In March the bed collapsed unprovoked. I was sent a replacement bed  in its place. A week ago, the replacement bed collapsed (just like the original) and almost KILLED my dog.This bed is A SAFTY HAZARD, and I no longer want it in my home. I am outraged that this is what I get for taking their company's word, and spending my hard earned money on their "high-quality" furniture. The Leon's in Woodstock REFUSES to give my money back, and the owner will not speak to me about this matter. I find their way of hiding from this issue very unprofessional.  This product should be taken off their shelves. I demand a full refund and compensation for the headaches this has caused my family, as well as the fact that I was unsafe in my own bed."You don't just buy a piece of furniture, you buy Peace of Mind™" seems promising, but obviously this isn't the case. "If for any reason you're dissatisfied, we promise to do whatever we can to make you happy" I hope that their company can hold up to this statement at least.
     In the future, I would like to see Leon's conduct better control and safety tests for their product before making them available in their stores, as well as anyone else who has had issue similar to mine being compensated. Please help me get what I deserve and lets make a change for future Leon's customers safety.
