Expel 717 from Ybor!!!!

717 takes advantage of everyone that parks here. Charging parking fees for lots they do not own. In addition they do not offer any type of security for your vehicle. They just collect money for parking spots. And on many occasions they have towed vehicles of people and bar staff who paid to park.
