Dubiski DECA Members Should be allowed to the leadership academy at ICDC

Dubiski DECA was able to achieve the membership campaign in the chapter campaign. This can only be acquired through hard work and dedication of DECA members, officers, and advisors. Being able to achieve this goal means Dubiski DECA is able to send 3 members to the leadership academy at ICDC. But we are not able to because there are others who believe that it's waste of time and resources.
