Demand Security Deposits from OpenSky Credit Card Company

Opensky is a credit card company who doesn't want refund their customer's security deposit back within the limited timeframe which is 3-4 weeks after closing the account. I have am an example of how I requested my account to be closed and wanted my security deposit to be refunded. My account has a zero balance and is eligible for my security deposit to be refunded. My account was closed on Oct.10, 2017 and it's now Nov. after the 10th 2017. It's been a month and I have not received my security deposit yet. It's been after 3-4 weeks. When you call the customer services, it will tell you that you may have to wait over 30 minutes or more for a representative to respond to your call. I have waited up to an hour to speak with a representative and then they didn't seem to care to keep you as a customer. After reading many of their customers asking for their security deposit back and many saying they as still waiting on their checks, I thought I would go the extra mile by getting in contact with BBB and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This company is so careless and don't care about how they handle their customers. They all their customers are going to do is just write a bad review about them. Well, I want to take a step further by trying to get all the latest customers who have not still received their security deposit to get a lawsuit started and get everyone to complain to BBB and to get the company investigated.
