Petition for Reflectors on 411

As everyone knows how bad 411 has gotten in between Maryville to Vonore. I know that barriers is out of the questions due to all the turnoffs 411 has. But I would like to see Reflectors on all lanes down 411 as this could save lives. Not only will this help because of no lights all the way down but if a driver crosses over the median it could signal that driver it is off road. Could you please consider this option for 11 lives has been lost in the last 2 years alone. Thank you for your time.
I am writing this letter to help prevent losing anymore lives due to cars crossing over the median on Highway 411 South. There are no lights all the way down the highway and also no barriers all the way down. This simple Reflectors could save so many lives as just in the past 2 years this highway has had 11 deaths. Not including so many wrecks everyday. Please consider this to make our roads safe again.
