Legalize the Commercial Harvest of the American Eel in Texas

Texans or being cheated out of a huge industry and the unknown existence of the Texas American Eel is threatening over 467.1 billion dollar worth of industries in Texas because Texas parks and Wildlife have been lying on Federal Environmental Impact reports to get permits from the Federal Government for Obstructions to be built in Texas rivers and filling in certain waterways the Texas American Eel uses for migration like Rollover Pass in Galveston county

It examined the cumulative effects of hydroelectric dams on the eels and projected that only 2.8 out of every 100 eels would survive passing through them as they traveled through the Mississippi and Ottawa Rivers to the Upper St. Lawrence River. Texas American Eel Assocation for Research and Aquaculture was created to change the way Texas Parks and Wildlife  has been hiding such a valueable asset to the State of Texas and it's citizens because of lies and false information given to the Federal Government  on Federal Enviromental Impact Reports for permits and Federal grant money.And  also to take back a muti billion dollar industry from china where the United States east coast fisherman export millions of baby eels to be grown for the world market

Our goal is to get the American Eel recognize by the State and Federal Government as a valuable resource then have the governments install fish right a ways around these obstructions in our rivers ,what should have been done 50 years ago
