Covered Air Conditioned Public Sidewalks-
As the government's purpose for existence is to ensure the care and protection of the people, I hope they will take up this brilliant idea for future (any-time after today-1/15/16) action. The enactment of covered air conditioned public sidewalks would be beneficial to the public. The suggested idea would be good for the public health. It is a direct answer to the hot spells (deathly heat waves of 1990's Chicago; millennium heat waves of the south) that have plagued the United States' Bill of Health Record.
No more excuses for the government -No more death by heat wave hot spells!
Dear Friends:
There comes a time when you say to yourself, I don't want to wait forever. Here is a petition with the proposed idea of covered air conditioned sidewalks that is an answer to a problem brought to you on a whim and a prayer.
I can't see why we should not do anything about a recurring matter so dear to our hearts as the recent and past deaths of innocent civilians due to the public's apathy and government officials' neglect of their jobs.
How to save a life? Do your jobs as if you had 24 hours to save the world and just do it! Everything is easy and doable if only you have the willpower to do so. It's now or never do or die when it comes to the safety and well-being of the citizens you govern.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Let's work together to make positive sweeping changes across the country for greater impact and expeditious action that was needed "yesterday." It's never too late to correct the record of the country's past mistakes.
