Tammy Hood of PA starves, abuses, and neglects her horses and dogs!

First off:
Let's start at the beginning of why we want this to change. Tammy Hood owner and operator of HnH Stables has a record with local horse people (Newville, Pennsylvania) of starting drama, making up rumors, harassing minors and adults alike. Whether it be because she doesn't agree with their opinions, she just doesn't like the person, or because the person has called her out on her neglectful ways.
Tammy has had a history of animal abuse and neglect for years, and we finally, as a community have decided to step up and take proper action against her. Not only does Tammy abuse and neglect her own animals, but she has a history of doing it to her barn boarders, her "rescue" horses, her "quarantine" horses, and friends of hers animals.
Tammy has purchased nice horses from auctions, amongst a variety of other animals in hopes to "rehabilitate and adopt out" these animals. Typically, this doesn't happen as the animals condition begins to deteriorate as the animal stays under her care. And she doesn't want to give herself a bad reputation by giving away or selling an animal that wasn't 100% healthy.
Tammy stole the identity of a friend of hers, claiming she was a Meredith Manor Equestrian School Alumni. When in fact, it was her friend that was. It is public knowledge that Tammy has never once attended that facility.
Tammy claimed when she first opened up HnH Stables in 2013, that she was a rescue. As of 2015 she claimed she was a breeder, however a rescue barn doesn't breed horses. As it would add to the number of unwanted horses, and be the complete opposite of what a rescue tries to achieve.
Upon being called out Tammy will fight back sending pictures of horses that are not hers, or harass you and slander you. She will do anything in her power by manipulating, lying, and deceiving people. From what we know she has even created fake Social Media accounts to achieve harassment, and lies by pretending to be someone else. However, most know it's her.
Tammy steals money from people to pay for her "rescued" horses she buys from auctions. Yet the animals either end up needing to be euthanized or dying under her care. This happens at least 2-3 times a month if not more. Tammy has 20+ horses on a property she rents that is only meant for 12 horses. We aren't sure why the property owners have not evicted her yet. The barn and property is also deteriorating from lack of care, it was once in beautiful immaculate conditions in when she obtained it 5 years ago.
What brings us here today, is that we want this to end and end NOW. She should not be able to own any animals after having several dogs, and several horses seized from her. Still no legal action or otherwise has been taken against her. At least to public knowledge. We need to step up to the plate and make it so these poor animals are saved before anymore die under her watch. Let's be there voice.

Tammy currently has a court hearing on October 11th in Cumberland County Courthouse. Her charge is only a grade S (the minimum charge for PA) which means she will ONLY get 90 days in jail and a $300 fine! We must keep signing, we must make it a grade M or F so that she may never own an animal again.
