Demand an Explanation for Tolerating Bullying and Harassment

The WAWM school district in Wisconsin has always said they don't tolerate bullying or harassment. That is a lie. They always turn a blind eye, pretending to care but not doing anything about it. Make them explain why they continue to give us false hope.
