Estheticians as you know advertising Brazilian waxing isn’t easy... Those of you who specialize in waxing I’m sure can relate to the difficulty in showing off your work. Well I can COMPLETELY relate... My name is Jessica I’m a fellow Esthetics sister and have practiced Brazilian waxing for over 20 years now.... We have a harder time showing off our work and promoting Brazilian waxing because of our content.... I have been blocked from Facebook several times TOTALLY got use to it Lol So I’m very familiar with the struggle.... Until I discovered Youtube.... I created my channel March of last year and put myself in high gear for reaching my first 1k followers... The idea of monatization and actually being able to really introduce my method on a HUGE educational video platform was INCREDIBLE.... So I offered discounts for my clients to subscribe gave free waxes to my amazing clients who allowed me to film our service discretely..... I was so excited my numbers started climbing.... I literally took myself to building a Youtube channel tutorial school.... I stayed up late nights editing my videos and watching videos and trying to learn EVERYTHING I could so my channel would be successful..... So many nights arguing with my husband who wanted to spend my few hours before a full day of appointments just relaxing ARGUMENTS because I’m a business owner and if I want to be as successful as possible that means working non stop..... Well I read the YOUTUBE guidelines until I knew them by heart .... My first video hit 10k views in 10 days I was shocked..... I marked my video for 18 years and up used an appropriate thumbnail Well at almost 20k views they sent me an email an it stated although your video DOES NOT violate our sexual content policy it does show nudity and we have marked this video 18 and up 🤔🤔🤔 I already marked it age restricted but OK moving forward I finally hit my goal in less than 30 days I hit 4,000 watch hours and 1,000 subscribers I was EXCITED..... FF I start really creating more videos and content All kinds of waxing tutorials & slimming services Microblading videos etc Well a few of my videos were getting reported and removed I appealed because I read the Youtube rules I KNOW my videos are educational in NO WAY is a Brazilian wax sexual content IM OFFENDED BAM Youtube gives me my videos back STRIKES gone like it never happened.... More content more FREE services still no monotization ok cool there just behind.... FF August my video hit 1 million views I was so happy I have Estheticians all over the world emailing me thanking me using my technique I had close to 2k comments on almost every video so many awesome ladies who tried my technique now having successful waxes... Clients YOUR potential clients all over the world no longer scared to try it again or try it for the first time BECAUSE of me I made a HUGE impact on so many people I was almost overwhelmed.... More videos More views My channel went viral I hit 150,000 subscribers by Dec I had a total of 28 million channel views with over 60 million in watch hours..... I had companies reaching out to me for branding opportunities... I had dedicated subscribers who referenced my videos when they were waxing.... My channel still isn’t making any Youtube bucks so I just assumed it was because of my content... But technically they ARE running commercials so someone is making something JUST NOT me FINE I’m still impacting people all over the world.... I’m on top of the world.... I uploaded a BBW clients video IMMEDIATELY I had women ALL over the world telling me they had NO IDEA large women can wax 🙀🙀 I was shocked I had no idea that many women were under the impression Big women can’t wax HUNNY I GOT YOU ..... So BAM Youtube emails me they deleted my video for NUDITY in the form of PORNOGRAPHY..... Oh hell no I know the rules I’m gonna appeal it.... They write me back sorry this video goes against our standards 🤔🤔🤔🤔 WHY So it said you can’t appeal more than 1 time although I was upset it’s ok maybe a prude was working that day a few weeks pass I just clicked it to see if I could appeal it again AND YESSSS it went thru a week goes by I get my video back STRIKE gone..... We apologize although your video DOES NOT violate our policy We have marked it age restricted YESSS YESSSSS YESSS video back ..... My channel hits 158,000 subscribers I’m averaging 100k views a day I even hit 2 million views in 1 day back in January..... THEN BAM I get an email my Youtube has been deleted and I’m banned from all google products... 🥺🥺🥺🥺 I immediately say to myself you know the rules APPEAL it get it back BRAZILIAN WAXING is not in any way pornography And they denied my appeal and said My channel has been banned for SEVERE nudity in the form of pornographic material..... Wow my email is gone It takes me 3 days just to get my email back.... I’m really banned from google my YouTube is gone.... I’m heartbroken that was a solid year of blood sweat tears money just gone..... I loose my FameBit account my branding opportunities stopped..... This is a HUGE loss for me And my channel had ZERO strikes ..... I’m upset how in 2019 is my professional service my livelihood being accused of sexual content..... We offer hygienic services that required school and licensing HOW dare you relate my PROFESSION with pornography.... Although heartbroken I had so many people writing me upset because they referenced my videos while serving their clients..... I created a new channel I only have 30 subscribers but I’m confident I know how to do it this time I’m NOT going to show ANYTHING NOTHING no nudity and do you know Youtube hasn’t had a single issue with any of my videos until I uploaded my BBW video BLOCKED deleted states This video violates Youtube policy 🤔🤔🤔 Nothing about nudity because there wasn’t any but my video violates WELL I’m confused Does Youtube not like Fat women or women of color (my channel was mostly black women) I’m just confused now and I’m pissed Stand with me in the fight WE ARE PROFESSIONALS AND SHOULD BE TREATED AS SUCH sign my petition I’m going to fight for US we are educators and professional licensed service providers and our industry deserves respect..... I want answers Youtube what is it??????
