GET A MATE FOR KISKA (MARINELAND CANADA'S LONE ORCA)

The Unites States actually has a Federal law … section 3.109 of the Animal Welfare act that states that marine mammals, whenever know to be primarily social in the wild, must be housed in their primary enclosure with at least one compatible animal of the same or biologically relates species. Why can't Canada follow suit? Please do not allow Marineland's Kiska suffer the same fate as Shouka the now relocated orca who waited 10 long years to be moved from Six Flags Discovery Kingdom to SeaWorld San Diego. Let's get Kiska a mate NOW!!!!
