Ruger was the dog in Lacey Township, NJ that was left locked in his crate allegedly after his owner Megan Otte moved out of their house and left him behind. A month later, police found poor Ruger dead and still locked in the cage inside the abandoned house. Please sign our petition asking for Assistant Ocean County Prosecutor, Robert Scott, at rscott@co.ocean.nj.us case # 12062510 to insure this case is not glossed over and that justice is done for poor Ruger.
