CRIMINAL FELONY CHARGES FOR TWO LANSING MICHIGAN BROTHERS WHO TURTURED AND KILLED THEIR FAMILYDOG

This petition is to set three presciences:

First- We the People do hereby request that Michigan Government recognize and acknowledge that all animals (including wildlife, companion animals, and farm animals) status raised to the standing of sentient beings, replacing the archaic rank of a possession.

Second- Once recognized, We hereby insist that as sentient beings, animals merit the same rights and protections under the law.

Third- To prosecute such Infringements as a criminal felony, and be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
