Demand an End to the High Fines And Fees added on to late rent payments

It's not fair that people are getting evicted because of the fees added on to the rent because it's a few days late, landlords must understand that people have emergencies, children, need to eat, are already giving them almost all they have just to survive. 

People are being charged by the day if they are late on their rent and if they get the late rent caught up, they are late on the late fees which keep adding up and they are put out on the streets because of this. It's not fair or right. This has to stop,this is nothing but greed on the owners part. Do we not have enough homeless people?

Must the landlords keep their tenets in a state of oppression, one fine should be enough, not daily, people can't afford that. The landlords living good while the tenets live in depression wondering how to catch up on the money owed. It's not fair, this needs to stop!
