Irish Kennel Club stop Backyard Breeders!

We have started this petition for Sakura, the little Inu that has came to us weighing just 16kg and already bred from at 15months old! The IKC says none of this is wrong, We want to change that! We want them to take animal welfare into account and increase age allowed to breed to a minimum of 2 years old.

Dear IKC,

I was disgusted upon calling up to get details on a dog that came into our care in a terrible state only to be told everything was fully allowed.
You seem to be ok with letting animal welfare go to hell in order to keep  the registration fee's coming in. 
We want this stopped! and all reqyuirements tightened!
