Rights for grandparents and parents

I think that no parent has the right to take a child/ children without the others knowledge. Or does that parent have the right to keep the child/children away from the other parent/grandparents.That is unless it is proven that parent or grandparents have tried or have harmed said children. I feel that it should be an enforced law so that the other parent or grandparents can spend time with the child/children. I think we would find less Crimean activity , depression and suicides from these children given the time to spend with their other parent/grandparents. If a parent keeps child from other than that said parent should be charged and have to sit time in jail. We don’t have a problem putting other parent in jail if they don’t pay their child support the same should be for visitation. It doesn’t matter if the parents don’t like each other because it’s not about them it’s about the child/children
