Punish Justin Cody for killing two kittens and hiding their remains under trailer

This is 28 year old Justin Cody from Oneonta that was charged for animal cruelty after NYS trooper responds to a complaint, and determines that the psycho killed two kittens through emaciation and tried to hide their remains under his trailer. Cody is scheduled to appear in court this month so we want everyone to urge authorities to seek the maximum penalty!
