Stop Catalyst Housing Ltd charging you ridiculous extortionate service charges for services not being received. The time is now to demand Action! This petition will be put towards parliament and the media to show Catalyst Housing Ltd we will no longer live in silence whilst they charge us for these phantom services!
For years Catalyst Housing Ltd have been charging their residents ridiculous extortionate service charges to maintain their properties which include gardening duties and general cleaning which is not being done. Yet they still expect monthly payments from their residents.
For years we have suffered with a rodent infestation with little or no action being taken until we decided to report Catalyst Housing Ltd to the media and local MP. Too little too late! Our complaints are being ignored and not actioned and we now feel this is the only way to make them sit up and listen.
The problem is now a nationwide one, with so many residents from so many developments across the country reporting the exact same standard of service and not receiving the services that they in fact pay for. Enough is Enough please help and sign.
