Justice for Claire the emaciated Great Dane

Claire is a Great Dane that was 70 pounds underweight when picked up by animal control. She is extremely emaciated, has 4 skin infections, her skin would flake off and bleed with any touch, has demodectic mange, she has heartworms and on top of that she is deaf and about 75 % blind. She was refused even the most basic animal care and veterinary attention. She  deserves justice and we are getting resistance from the DA and Sheriff.
She is safe in rescue with Big Dog Rescue.
