Petition to Resolve the Food Poison Issue at the Rescue Mission of Rio Grande

It has come to my attention that six days ago after my stay at the Rescue Mission in South Salt Lake City on November 24th, 2016 I was rushed to the hospital for grastroenteritis. As a member of the Salt Lake City homeless community on Rio Grande I ask of you to request the government officials of Salt Lake City and Utah to look into this issue as quickly as possible. My life and the lives of others depend on it. I have considered reaching out through social media about this issue, instead I choose to deliver this petition with as many signatures as possible.

It is with great admiration of your public service that I address during trying times as they may be for this city and state, but I formally request assistance with this issue within a reasonably timely manner.
