We all at The Vape Shop are sending this message out to all of those who have been affected by vaping and ask for your help against THE FLAVOR BAN IN ALL E-LIQUIDS!! If vaping was to help you quite smoking or a healthier alternative than smoking cigarettes. We all need to stand together because a lot of businesses and jobs would be affected and especially our right as American Citizens! Please read this petition and sign it and please spread the word. We can only make a change if we all stand together as one and need your help!
PETITION AGAINST MASSACHUSETTS FLAVOR BAN ON ALL E-LIQUIDS
Massachusetts is imposing stifling regulations and restrictions on electronic cigarettes and our vaping privileges! They intend to class e-cigs along with traditional cigarettes, forcing vapors themselves to be exposed to second hand smoke, and classify vaping as tobacco, banning all of our flavors except menthol. This is seriously affecting our freedoms and our most basic rights not only as citizens of this country but as human beings. We all know tobacco kills, and we finally have a safer alternative to smoking traditional tobacco cigarettes. The "lack of research" these policy makers claim about in fact does exist, and all the independent studies conducted seem to indicate nothing but positives! On top of that, all of the vape shops here in Massachusetts are locally owned small businesses, run by real people who have invested their blood, sweat, tears and finances into their shops. Should this bill pass, many of those businesses, who are generating tax revenue and keeping money here, will be forced to close their doors. By signing this petition, our voices can be heard and we can retain our rights as people to live a healthier life.
We ask those of you whose lives have been changed by switching over to e-cigs/vaping and those of you who have seen family members and friends lives change by using e-cigs and vapor products to sign this petition.
