Mary is no criminal

Mary Nuttall is mentally disabled and does not deserve to be incarcerated for her illness. She is currently at the Utah County Jail over 38 cents and another "episode". She is in danger from real criminals. She is a danger to herself and others without care. She deserves the right care.
Proper legislation should be in place to protect people that can't protect themselves.
Mental illness effects 100% of the population in one way or the other and need more help than incarceration can provide.
Full out patient care, job training, housing can her get out of the system and from being a tax burden for the rest of the people.
Just give her a chance.

Dear Governor  Herbert,

Mary Nuttall is in Utah County Jail and is severely mentally ill.  She has been in the State hospital and suffers from Scitzophrenia and is currently disabled.  We ask for her release into care , but not to the streets as has been done so many times before. We also ask that changes be made on hers and others like her, that they get the care they need (hr 3717 or similar bills).

I just wanted to thank all of you, from the bottom of my heart. Mary is still in Jail. Truth is the fact she is suffering, but nobody will here the truth. Maybe things can change. Maybe people care as much as we do to do so. Write your Representatives. Please share this petition as many times as you can. Time is critical. The system is KILLING Mary. Literally. We only need 19 more signatures and I will present this to Governor Herbert. and Congressman Chafettz.
