Help Martin County students be heard!

The dress code in Martin County has gotten out of hand. Girls have been being targeted by administration, losing precious learning time in the class room. They say that the meaning of this dress code is to get students prepared for the real world but administration has gone as far as banning girls from wearing their scrubs to school. Unless it is accompanied by an appropriate "crew neck" underneath, these ladies are no longer aloud to go school dressed for success. We need to show them that it is not okay to teach boys manners by covering up the girls instead of teaching them right from wrong. I can also promise you that the young men who go to school in the Martin County School District are not distracted by collar bones and shoulders. I think a dress code is necessary but the one we have does not let us dress for the work force, flip flops, jeans and t-shirts are not what we should get students accommodated to wearing. Please help make change to this problem that so many kids are facing now-a-days so we can stop focusing on the dress code and more on what we are learning.
