Speaker John BOEHNER has brought SHAME to himself and the entire House of Representatives by refusing to remove Rep Darryl Issa as Head of the Ways and Means or to even sanction him!! Rep Darryl Issa shocked the Democratic members of the House of Representatives by refusing to let any Democrats speak during one of a zillion hearings on the putative "IRS Scandal" (which has already been explored and resolved with NO finding of bias against the Conservative PACS). Furthermore, and even more egregious was Chairman Issa's shocking behavior towards Rep Elijah Cummings, Ranking Member if the House: He refused to allow him to present his points and ask his questions while the hearing was in session -- letting start to speak after everyone in the House had been dismissed -- and then made a big show of abruptly cutting off Rep Cummings' microphone and walking away!! This behavior was the last straw for the House Democtats and the House a Black Caucus -- and both groups made a formal request for Speaker Boehner to remove Rep Issa from his position as chairman of the committee and to sanction him. The Speaker, who seems to be completely ignorant of the Rules and Regulations for how business should be conducted in the House, said something to the effect that he saw nothing wrong with Issa's behavior and refused to sanction him!
