Treat mother polar bear and her cub, so that she recovers from her wounds (if she is still alive)

It is senseless to make sweet animals like this desperate mother polar bear (she was so desperate as to accept food from people) suffer, because some sociopaths wanted to have fun. It is important to show there are people who care for the polar bear mum and her cub.

Dear Excellency Mr President Putin,

We, the people who signed this petition, would be very glad to your personal intervention in the situation where a mother polar bear was brutally mistreated (we do not know if she is still alive) and her cub is abandonned.

We would be glad if you would make sure this mum polar bear is treated well -- if she is still alive -- and that her cub is doing well too.
