This may not be important to some but it is important to me. All through out highschool we are not allowed to have crazy hair color. Were told that it was distracting and it even transverse into the work place as well. At the work place I was told it was un professional. Why should my hair define how great of a co-worker I am and the great customer service I give.
That's why I'm making this patition we've progressed so much why is this an issue of the standards of what a person looks like. Having blue hair is apart of me as well as every piercing as well.
We need to let people be themselves in school and the work place not hide who they are because they live in the past and that's there standard of what's okay. This needs to change starting today please share so we can change the way work places and schools sees us as.
I want this to reach every child who loves being themselves coloring there hair cause it make them feel good and confident in school and every adult in the work place.
