We the undersigned Demand that a Special Prosectutor be Appointed

  • by: Bruce Eastman
  • recipient: The Attorney General of the United States of America
On Wednesday, September, 7th, 2016, The Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation issued this statement in relation to Hillary Clinton’s private email server and subsequent loss of emails which might contain restricted information, “At the end of the day, the case itself was not a cliff-hanger; despite all the chest-beating by people no longer in government, there really wasn’t a prosecutable case,” Comey said this in a memo obtained by CNN.
On October, 28th, 2016, Director Comey issued this statement, which rendered his previous statement erroneous, ""In previous congressional testimony, I referred to the fact that the Federal Bureau of Investigation had completed its investigation of former Secretary Clinton's personal email server. Due to recent developments, I am writing to supplement my previous testimony," Comey wrote.
In statements issued by members of the United States Senate, it was stated that the FBI did not in fact have possession of the emails, which Comey had called reference to in his second public statement. This fact makes Comey’s statement pure fabrication.
There also had been no revue of those documents by the FBI. At the time of his statement, there was absolutely no evidence that those emails had any relevance or relationship to the previous investigation of Hillary Clinton, which was, according to Comey's own statement, an un-prosecutable case.
In that he chose this moment to violate the standard policy of the FBI, which is, not to comment on an ongoing investigation, it can only be deduced, and we believe an absolute truth, it was done to affect the outcome of the upcoming presidential election.
Two possible motives are equally obvious:
1. That Comey feared for his job with Hillary Clinton as president, either based on some previous conflict between him and Hillary Clinton, or possibly, some idea of personally mistreatment by her husband President Bill Clinton during his admiration, for which he has now sought revenge.
2. More likely is that he believes that by doing this, if he helps Donald Trump secure the election, that he will receive a pre-arranged payment, later earned rewards, or professional considerations for his assistance in securing a Donald Trump presidency.
These actions are an absolute violation of United States Election law and Comey's own oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
The Election Law Patronage Statute is designed to protect employees of the Federal Government, who have membership in the party in opposition to an incoming politician, from being punished or dismissed based on their political affiliation. This act committed by Director Comey, appears to be a defensive manipulation of the election process, to protect his job security and only his. We believe he has executed this crime for his own professional gain, and committed a crime which will indelibly shape American politics, and life in America, for the entire future of our nation. And, this political act was committed from his office within the Federal Government.

The second grounds under which we demand the appointment of a Special Prosecutor are:
During the election campaign, statements made by Donald Trump, which are recorded in his own voice and using his own words have come to light, where he not only admits to being a Criminal Sexual Predator, he brags about it, and also states the serial nature of his conduct.
I would now like to quote Donald Trump's own statement:
“When you’re a star, you can do whatever the hell you want to women’s bodies—including , grab them by the pussy” He also stated that he kisses women and sexually gropes them without their consent or permission.
The validity of this criminal conduct would appear to be supported by the accumulation of more than a dozen women who have come forward, claiming to have been sexually assaulted by Donald Trump.
Also, within legal proceedings, Donald Trump has previously been accused of three rapes.
Trump’s ex-wife Ivana Trump, during a deposition stated, "Trump held her arms back, pulled at her hair, and raped her in a fit of rage."
The second accusation of sexual assault comes from a 1997 lawsuit. Jill Harth says she and her romantic partner were working with Trump on a business deal, when The Donald started making unwelcome sexual advances. In a lawsuit filed against Trump, she says he leered at her inappropriately, groped her on several occasions without her consent, and even, “attempted rape.”
The third case against Trump is taken from a recent federal lawsuit filed in June 2016 in the State of New York by “Jane Doe.” In the suit, Doe alleges that Trump raped her in 1994, when she was just 13 years old. According to legal documents, Doe says she attended parties with Trump and his friend Jeffrey Epstein—a registered sex offender, known in the media as the “billionaire pedophile.” Doe,” who was trying to become a model, says it was during these parties that Trump initiated sexual contact with her on several occasions, and on one occasion, raped her.
The usual procedure for the investigation of serial sexual crimes, committed by serial sexual predators, when those crimes cross state lines, is under the jurisdiction, and primary responsibility of the FBI.
At this point, none of the accusers who have made complaints against Donald Trump appear to have been questioned by the FBI, or, allowed to offer evidence or proof of their criminal accusations.
This lack of investigation would again, only serve a purpose if the director of the FBI himself, and demonstrates that he himself was either involved in the original crime, or, he felt that the investigation would adversely affect the election and his own future.
We the undersigned also demand of the United States Attorney General, a legal explanation of why these sexual assault allegations have not been criminally investigated. Donald Trump has personally made recorded statements which support their validity, so, why is he exempt from prosecution?
