Encourage RLC Church to Stop Exploiting Live Wild Animals

Periodically Real Life Church in Valencia, CA sets up a pen on the small grassy area next to their church and exhibits wild and exotic animals on their property. They do this to attract more people to their church. Thousands of people attend and surround the pen in order to see these animals. One year they had a lion and a "lion tamer." Another year they had a bear. This year they plan to exhibit a giraffe.

People have contacted them expressing concern that it is exploitative and cruel to put exotic and wild animals through this type of stress for the purpose of drawing a crowd. People attending have described it as very crowded and noisy. One person wrote that she felt bad because flashbulbs from cameras kept going off in the bear's eyes.

According to World Animal Foundation http://www.worldanimalfoundatio(n.org/articles/article/8948301/181394.htm "Confined to tiny areas and gawked at by crowds, animals in exhibits endure constant stress."

We would like to ask Real Life Church to show compassion for these animals and stop exhibiting and exploiting them.
