For many years Pain sufferers in the UK are forced to break the law to buy Marjiuna for use alongside prescription Drugs and risk a criminal record when it has been known for thousands of years for its pain relieving properties in many countries around the World. Myself and millions of UK would benefit if our Government made it legal for medicinal use only. We dont smoke it to get high or stoned we smoke it because of years of living with Chronic pain be it Ostio Arthritis , Arthritis, MS, MD, Fibromyalgia and many other conditions. Many States in the US have now made production legal, regulated, and taxable bringing in Millions of Dollars in Tax per anum.It would be made available by prescription only and the pain sufferer must have over five years of medical records proving that pain.Believe it or not in a 1933 Housewifes Encyclopiedia Cannabis/Marijuana was described as a hardy annual that you could grow in your garden .Each year thousands die of accidental overdoses not because the chose suicide , no its because to fight the pain many take a dosage above what they are prescribed, I've even done this myself during a bad period of pain. Another thing about these heavy painkillers is they are addictive espescialy opiates , its happened to me twice over the last 20 years , you only come to realize it when your prescription is changed and the withdrawals set in which I can assure you is not a very nice experiance. Marijuana would help reduce the risk of addiction. I have undergone many proceedures in my time in my fight against pain, from Epidurals with the risk that they entail, sympathetic nerve blocks, aqupuncture, I even attended a six week pain management program to help me combat my pain issues. My knees have been operated on 7 times and I have had both kneecaps removed all to no avail nothing has worked, I live by the pain management regeme but again it was only partially succesful. I believe my second to the last epidural has left ne semi incontinent and I now need a secal nerve stimulation implant to combat that, the final straw for me was being diagnosed as now suffering fibromyalgia .
