Let Me Keep my Emotional Support Miniature Horse, Tucker

I have a letter stating I can have an Emotional Support miniature Horse. I got one. The village of Red Creek, NY wants me to remove him from the property due to a code violation. He gets me through my anxiety attacks and stress that makes it hard to function at times. Emotional Support animals help those with anxiety, stress and other mental disabilities cope with their problems and function.
