*Ashwaubenon Village Resident/TATTOO ARTIST, Moe Metternich wants to work within the Community in which he lives, with the Ordinances currently in place, this is not possible.

*Believe; in Kolor LLC wants to expand it's salon services to include a Professional Tattoo Studio within the salon.

*FAMILY FRIENDLY atmosphere provided for those who wish to Share their Tattoo Experience
*Bringing these two business' together will provide a much needed, local location for women and men utilizing tattoo artistry as a means to complete/maintain their Breast Cancer Survivor Reconstruction surgery.

* STOP THE STIGMA, BE THE CHANGE!
